Cancellation Policy
Purpose: Governs hourly cybersecurity or compliance consulting engagements. Scope of Work: Defined in written agreement prior to engagement. Rate & Billing: Hourly rate agreed in writing; invoiced bi-weekly or upon completion. Cancellation: Minimum 24-hour notice required. Cancellations under 24 hours billed at one hour minimum. Confidentiality: Consultant will maintain strict confidentiality of client data. Liability Limitation: Consultant provides advisory services only; no guarantee of regulatory approval. Termination: Either party may terminate with written notice; client responsible for payment for hours worked.
